Rigorous control in the vineyard with manual harvesting in 15 kg plastic crates. Immediate transport in an isothermal van, the grapes are subjected to temperature control by being placed in cold storage at 7ºC for 12 hours.
Vibrating table selection. Pneumatic pressing of whole grapes. Must separation. Static bleeding. Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Rest in tank in 9 months.

Varieties: Treixadura 90%, Godello 5%, Albariño 5%.

Ideal temperature between 8 and 9ºC.

TASTING NOTES:

We combine grapes from vineyards with different types of soil and orientations, exclusively in the Avia Valley, to represent the typicality of the wines from this historic area in the north of the Ribeiro D.O., resulting in a wine with good structure and a fatty character, with aromas of nectarine, fennel and white flowers, and a persistent and elegantly bitter finish.
