The tuna is caught in the Atlantic waters with line and hook, through a traditional and centenary fishing art known as ” * SALTO E VARA “. It is then cooked in brine, following the tradition of the ancient canners of the island of St. George. The result is a tuna of incomparable taste and texture.

Selective method for a better quality of fish and good conservation of the species.

Ingredients: Tuna, Onion, Pepper, Garlic, Sauce, Oil, Vinegar, Paprika and Chili paste.

Molho Cru is the Portuguese Chimichurri sauce. It is the most used sauce in Portuguese cuisine for many centuries.
