Hake roe pâté in spicy olive oil | Real Conservera Española
This is a very special and unique canned product in the market. This pâté is made with cooked hake roe mixed in olive oil.
Real Conservera’s hake roe is selected in the ports of Burela and Celeiro. In the latter, the roe is also known as “Celeiro caviar” for its high quality and exquisite flavor.
Once the roe has been selected, it is transported to our facilities and the pâté is prepared and packaged. First, the hake roe is cooked and carefully cleaned. Afterwards, they are cut manually, one by one, and a fine spread is prepared with the inside of the roe mixed in a calculated proportion with a delicate garlic-oil, slightly spicy, which gives it a surprising and exceptional flavor.
This delicatessen preserve is a unique and incomparable product. Its texture and flavor are of a superior category. To consume it, we suggest that you spread it on some delicious bread toasts. And, as a pairing, we recommend a delicious Albariño wine.
