Rosara selects the best chickpeas for you. It is recommended to soak for 18 to 24 hours before cooking. The water used both for soaking and cooking is very important: do not use hard water (with a lot of lime) otherwise the skin of the vegetables will be hard and rough. To get a tender, tasty vegetable, always at the right moment, we recommend our cooked and stewed vegetables.
